For me, real estate has never just been about property. It’s about people, trust, timing and helping someone navigate what is often one of the biggest decisions they’ll make.

I’m Blair McArthur, founder of Harlo Property Co, and I created Harlo with a clear vision: to offer a more personal, considered and genuine approach to real estate.

I believe selling your home should never feel like you’ve simply become another listing on an agent’s schedule. Every property has its own story, every seller has different priorities, and every campaign deserves a strategy built around the people behind it.

My approach is hands-on from the beginning. From preparing your home and positioning it in the market, through to marketing, buyer communication and negotiation, I stay closely involved throughout the entire process. I’m big on honest conversations, thoughtful presentation and creating genuine competition rather than simply putting a property online and hoping for the best.

I’ve built my career in the Townsville property market by forming strong relationships with sellers and buyers, understanding what makes people act, and treating every home as though its result matters personally, because it does.

Harlo Property Co is the next chapter of that journey.
